As you can see under the heading 'Downloads' on the website we are BRC certified, but did you know that Cor Rijken Verpakkingen is also the certified supplier of te biggest biscuit bag? But for us that's just a piece of cake!

In order to obtain this certification the official attempt to set up the world record for manufacturing a bag for 200,000 biscuits was made in November 2005 together with the Veenendaal-Rijnvallei Junior Chamber on the occasion of the 5th anniversary. Having been awarded this certificate (see 'downloads') we can tell you that your supplier is now officially mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records!

By way of illustration:
The size of the biggest bag; 300 x 100 x 900 cm closed with a clip. This resulted in a final size of no less than 3 metres wide, 2 metres high and 5.5 metres long. The bag weighed about 3,500 kgs! There is 100% full-colour printing on the bag and it has a window. The world's biggest biscuit bag contained over 200,000 biscuits packed in printed 'mini' bags (identical to the biggest bag).

The entire proceeds of this comic relief style campaign went to the Bart Foundation. The Bart Foundation was founded after Bart de Graaff's death and offers young people suffering from a serious disease the chance to fulfil their ambitions.
